However, when it comes to sesame chicken the distinction is that it is a food that can double up as a sumptuous dinner or lunch for a whole family.

• 3 whole Medium Size Chicken Breasts, Cubed
• 4 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
• ½ cups Honey
• 2 whole Egg Whites, Lightly Beaten
• 5 Tablespoons Tamari
• 4 Tablespoons Cornstarch
• ½ teaspoons To 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
• 2 cloves Garlic, Pressed Through A Garlic Press
• 2 pinches Kosher Salt
• 2 pinches Black Pepper
• 3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil, Divided
• 1 whole Medium Yellow Onion, Diced
• 4 whole Green Onions, Sliced
• ½ whole Red Bell Pepper, Diced
• ½ whole Green Bell Pepper, Diced
• Prepared White Or Brown Rice, To Serve
Cut the chicken into a uniform size of 1-inch cubes. Mix the marinade ingredients such as light soy sauce, cooking wine or dry sherry, sesame oil, flour, cornstarch, water, teaspoon baking powder, baking soda, vegetable oil, etc in the prescribed limits and marinate the chicken for 20 minutes.
Make the sauce
For this, mix all the sauce ingredients. Pour them into a small pot and bring to boil and stir continuously. Turn the heat to low and keep it warm while deep-frying the chicken. For the frying process, add the marinated chicken pieces into a skillet of coconut oil and deep-fry until the color turns golden brown.
Drain the fried pieces using paper towels and place them in a hot oven (130 degrees) when frying is in progress. Before deep-frying is through, boil the sauce.
